幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎、溃疡病与胃泌素、生长抑素关系的研究

Study of the relationship of Helicobacter pylori-associated gastritis and peptic ulcer with gastrin and somatostatin

对１６０例患者其中任性浅表性胃炎（ＣＳＧ）６０例、十二指肠球部溃疡（Ｄｕ）４４例、胃溃疡（Ｇｕ）５６例的胃窦粘膜和血浆中胃泌素（Ｇａｓ）、生长抑素（ＳＳ）和精氨酸加压素（ＡＶＰ）进行检测。应用胃病冲剂（中药黄连，黄芩为主）和三联疗法（德诺１２０ｍｇ＋四环素０．２５ｇ＋痢特灵１０ｍｇ各４次／ｄ）抗幽门螺杆菌（Ｈｐ）治疗２８ｄ．根除Ｈｐ后进行上述项目复查。结果表明：Ｈｐ阳性ＣＳＧ、Ｄｕ和Ｇｕ病人胃粘膜ＳＳ水平显著低于Ｈｐ阴性者（Ｐ＜０．０１），Ｇａｓ显著高于Ｈｐ阴性者。根除Ｈｐ后胃窦粘膜ＳＳ升高至正常水平，Ｇａｓ则下降至正常水于，表明Ｈｐ感染和抗Ｈｐ治疗所致Ｇａｓ及ＳＳ改变有重要意义。

The level of gastrin(Gas),somatostatin(SS)and argininevasopressin(Avp)in the gastric mucosa and plasma of 60 cases of chronic superficial gastritis(CSG),44 cases of duodenal ulcer(DU)and 56 cases of gastric ulcer(GU)was determined with radioimmunoassay,It was found that the SS level in gastric mucosa was significantly lower in those cases associated with Helicobacter pylori(H. pylori)infection than in those without(P<0. 01)and the Gas level in the gastric mucosa and plasma was higher in those cases associated with H. pylori infection than in those without.After the eradication of H, pylori infection with proper medication,the SS and Gas levels returned to their normal;The findings suggest that the SS and Gas levels were closely related to the associated H,pylori infection in cases of superficial gastritis and peptic ulcers.
