2,6-二(对氨基苯)苯并[1,2-d;5,4-d′]噁二唑的合成 被引量:5

摘要 以三氯苯为原料,依此经过硝化、水解和催化加氢制得4,6-二氨基间苯二酚盐酸盐。在多聚磷酸中,此盐酸盐和对氨基苯甲酸缩合成标题化合物。分别对中间体的重结晶、缩合反应温度、缩合反应体系组成等方面进行了改进,总产率为70%。 4,6-Diaminoresorcinol dihydrochlofide was synthesized with 1,2,3-trichlorobenzene as the starting material through nitration, substitution and hydrogenation. 2,6-Bis (p-aminophenyl) benzo[ 1,2-d; 5,4-d' ]-bisoxazole was synthesized by condensation of 4, 6-diaminoresorcinol dihydrochloride with 4-aminobenzoic acid in polyphosphofic acid(PPA). The reaction temperature and system composition in condensation step were optimized. The total yield was 70%.
