高氧液对脑弥散性轴索损伤患者神经元特异性烯醇化酶的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨早期静脉输注高氧液对脑弥散性轴索损伤患者神经元特异性烯醇化酶的影响。方法脑弥散性轴索损伤患者162例,随机分为早期静脉输注高氧液组84例和对照组78例,于治疗前后行神经元特异性烯醇化酶含量的测定,同时评定格拉斯哥昏迷评分的变化。结果经高氧液治疗后,治疗组神经元特异性烯醇化酶含量明显降低,而格拉斯哥昏迷评分在治疗后20d、30d较对照组明显增加,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01);格拉斯哥预后评定,治疗组效果优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论早期静脉氧疗可显著减轻脑弥散性轴索损伤患者脑组织的病损程度,降低病死率。 Objective To explore the effects of early intravenous injection of hyperbaric oxysenation on neuron-specific enolase(NSE) in patients with diffuse axonal injury (DAI). Methods 162 patients of DAI were randomly divided into two groups : treatment group ( n=84 ) treated with hyperoxic liquid and control group ( n=78 ). The NSE content and Glasgow coma scoles( GCS ) were analyzed before and after treatment in both groups. Resuits NSE decreased remarkably,while GCS was improved significantly in the treatment group,which had remarkable difference compared with the control group in 20 and 30 days ( P〈0.01 ). According to GOS, the therapeutic effect in treatment group was superior to that of control group ( P〈0.01 ). Conclusion Early intravenous hyperoxic liquid may alleviate the brain damage of diffuse axonal injury and reduce the mortality rate.
