良性增生前列腺组织中鸟氨酸脱羧酶活性及多胺含量的变化 被引量:4

摘要 采用比色法和高效液相层析法分别测定了21例良性增生和8例健康人前列腺组织全匀浆及不同细胞中鸟氨酸脱羧酶(ODC)和多胺水平。结果显示增生组全匀浆和间质细胞中ODC活性分别为正常组相应部分的3.2和2.5倍;增生组每克湿重组织中腐胺、精脒和精胺的含量分别为正常组的2.2、3.4和6.0倍。提示ODC活性及多胺含量升高与良性前列腺增生症的发生可能有密切关系。 Ornithine decarboxylase(ODC)activity and polyamine content of prostateswere measured in 8 cases of normal and 21 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)tostudy the relationship of ODC activity and polyamine content with pathogenesis of BPH.The results were:1)ODC activity of BPH tissue was about 3.2 times higher than that of nor-mal tissue;2)ODC activity in BPH stromal fraction was significantly higher than that in nor-mal stromal fraction;3) Putrescine,spermidine and spermine content in BPH tissue were 2.2,3.4 and 6.0 times higher than in normal tissue,respectively;4)Putrescine content in BPHstromal fraction was much higher than that in normal stroaml fraction. These resultssuggegsted that increased ODC activity and polymine content mihgt play an important rolein pathogenesis of BPH.
