摘要
根据循环流化床锅炉炉膛燃烧、传热特性,针对飞灰含碳量过高的问题,在炉膛稀相区设置卫燃带,有效降低了飞灰含碳量,提高了锅炉效率。
Combustion protect zone has been arranged in a Circulating Fluidized Bed boiler with U and stripe shapes according to characteristics of combustion,heat transfer. It decreases carbon content of fly ash effectively and increase the boiler capacity. The result shows that dense zone temperature increase from 900℃ ,carbon content of fly ash decrease about 10% to 960℃ bed temperature when combusting Jingxi anthracite.
