不同生态类型粳稻品种3个幼苗性状的遗传变异及其与株高的相关性分析 被引量:6

摘要 研究了自然条件及30℃、12 h光照控制条件下6个生态类型的95个粳稻品种芽鞘长度、不完全叶长度及7 d后苗高3个幼苗性状的遗传变异及其与株高的相关性。结果表明,95个品种中3个幼苗性状都存在真实的遗传变异;3个幼苗性状平均值的大小与生育期长短之间没有明显的对应关系;控制条件下不完全叶长度和苗高小于自然条件下的;在两种条件下,不完全叶长度在不同生态类型之间存在极显著的差异,且与株高存在着显著或极显著的相关性。不完全叶长度可以作为鉴别株高差异大的亲本所配F1杂种种子纯度的幼苗性状。 Genetic variation of coleoptile length, incomplete leaf length and seedling height of 7 d after germinated and their correlation with plant height were studied by using 95 varieties of japonica rice in 6 different ecotypes under natural and controlled (30 , 12 h light) conditions. The results showed that true genetic variation for the 3 seedling traits was existed among the 95 varieties. Obvious relationship between average values of the 3 traits and the growth duration was not found. The length of incomplete leaf in controlled condition was shorter than that in natural condition. Highly significant differences (α = 0.01 ) were found in the trait of incomplete leaf length among different ecotypes, and correlation between incomplete leaf length and plant height was significant (α= 0. 05 ) or highly significant (α= 0. 01 ) under both natural and controlled conditions. The trait of incomplete leaf length can be used at seedling stage to test seed purity of F1 hybrids made by parents with wide difference in plant height.
