摘要
以N-特丁基双酰基肼结构为先导,利用分子等排原理和类同合成的方法,在分子结构中主要引入苯并呋喃环(稠杂环)基团,合成了4个含有苯并呋喃环的N-特丁基双酰肼类新化合物。初步的生物活性测定(普筛研究)结果表明,4个新化合物对鳞翅目靶标害虫黏虫均表现出A级杀虫活性(死亡率>90%)。进一步的复筛结果表明,化合物4对甜菜夜蛾表现出高于对照药剂虫酰肼的杀虫活性。
Using N-tert-butyl biacyl hydrazine as the lead structure, four novel N-tert-butyl biacyl hydrazine derivatives with benzofuranyl (fused heterocycle) have been synthesized via moleculer bioisosterrism and analogue synthesis method. The results of primary bioassay showed that four novel compounds all have higher insecticidal activity to Lepidoptera pests Leucania seperata ( mortality 〉90% ). The results of further re-screening showed that the biological activity of compound 4 is more than that of tebufenozide to Spodoptera exigua.
