摘要
将375尾异育银鲫随机分成5组,1组为对照组,投喂基础日粮,另外4组为试验组,在投喂基础日粮中分别添加100、200、300和400 mg·kg-1的地衣芽孢杆菌,连续投喂92 d,测定了鱼的体重及消化酶活性.结果表明:与对照组相比,添加200和300 mg·kg-1地衣芽孢杆菌均显著提高了鱼体增重率和干物质、粗蛋白及磷表观消化率(P<0.05),并降低了饵料系数,还显著提高了食糜蛋白酶和淀粉酶活性及肠道组织蛋白酶活性(P<0.05);添加400 mg·kg-1地衣芽孢杆菌也显著提高了食糜淀粉酶和肠道组织蛋白酶活性(P<0.05).与对照组相比,添加地衣芽孢杆菌对肝胰脏蛋白酶活性无显著影响,但是显著降低了肝胰脏淀粉酶活性(P<0.05).因此,添加地衣芽孢杆菌增加了肠道消化酶活性,促进了鱼体生长,对异育银鲫的最适添加量为200~300 mg·kg-1.
A total of 375 Allogynogenetic crucian (average initial weight (13.46 ±0. 24) g) were allotted into five groups randomly in the experiment. The control group was fed with basal diet, the others were the treated groups fed with basal diet supplemented with 100, 200, 300 and 400 mg· kg^-1 Bacillus licheniformis for 92 days, respectively. The growth of Allogynogenetic crucian and activity of digestive enzyme were determined. The results showed that ingestion of 200 -300 mg· kg^-1B. licheniformis significantly increased growth gain rates, apparent digestibility of dry matter, crude protein and phosphorus, and significantly decreased feed conversion rates, and significantly increased protease activity and amylase activity of chyme, protease activity of intestine tissue. But ingestion of B. licheniformis had no effect on protease activity of hepatopancreas, and decreased amylase activity of hepatopancreas. It is concluded that ingestion of 200 - 300 mg· kg^-1 B. licheniformis could increase activity of digestive enzyme and fish growth, and be optimum growth for fingering of Allogynogenetic crucian.
