下颌骨缺损修复新进展 被引量:3

摘要 发生在口腔颌面部的外伤、炎症、肿瘤等各种原因都可造成下颌骨不同程度的缺损,从而导致其功能和形态上的障碍,严重影响患者的生活质量。如何修复各种下颌骨缺损,是目前口腔专业的一个重要研究课题。本文综合论述了国内外修复各种类型的下颌骨缺损的方法、术式及其并发症防治等。组织工程和计算机的结合将是未来下颌骨缺损修复的发展方向。
