摘要
针对在航天继电器多余物检测中马特拉方法只检测继电器静态参数确定触点之间是否存在多余物微粒的缺点,提出了复合检测法,即在原方法的基础上,扩展了检测继电器的动态参数(如超程时间、动作时间等)。复合检测法不仅能够检测触点之间的多余物粒子,还能够发现存在于继电器衔铁和极面之间的多余物,扩大了信号检测的来源,提高了检测效率。通过理论估算,确定了有效的检测参数及参数检测的技术指标,设计了复合检测法检测多余物的试验系统,介绍了试验系统的工作原理及软件控制流程。硬件调试表明,电路设计合理,参数测试精度达到了预期设计指标。
The composite method was presented according to the problems existed in the Matrah method, which method can only detect the contaminant between the contacts via measuring relay's static parameter. Based on the Matrah method, the relay's dynamic parameters is detected in the new method for detecting the contaminant between the armature and the polar, for example over-travel time, action time and so on. This test method can broaden the single sources for detecting, and strengthen the efficiency. The valid detection parameter and its qualification were determined by estimation, and then the test system for the composite method was designed, at the end the principle of the test system and test flow were introduced. The hardware debug indicated that the circuit is designed reasonably and the test precision of parameters arrives at expected goal.
