多普勒超声心动图评价扩张型心肌病左室收缩功能的探讨

The Assessment of Doppler Echocardiographic Indexes of Left Ventricular Systolic Function in Idiopathic Dilated Cardiomyophy

分析50例扩张型心肌病及80例正常健康人左室收缩功能的多普勒超声心动图参数。结果显示,(1)扩心病患者左室收缩功能的多普勒参数均明显低于正常人,其巾以心室射血力F、PEP/LVET、Ⅵ差别最明显,基本上无重叠。(2)应用多普勒方法计算扩心病的心输出量(Dop-CO)、心指数((Dop-CI)较正常人低,反映了扩心病患者心功能的实际情况。(3)10例多普勒检查时记录到交替脉的扩心病患者左室收缩功能进一步降低,是临床判断扩心病预后的敏感指标。

The Doppler indexes of left ventricular systolic function were studied in 50 patients with idopathic dilated cardiomyophy (DCM). The results show that: (1) The Doppler indexes in DCM are all significantly different from those in normal cases. (2) Cardiac output (CO), Cardiac index (CI) of DCM measured with Doppler methods are lower than that in normal cases. They indicate the true condition of heart function of DCM. (3) The left ventricular function in 10 cases of pulse alternation found during Doppler echocardioghic examination further decreases. It is one of sensitive indexes for clinically assessing prognosis of DCM.
