摘要
15例骨原发性恶性淋巴瘤中位年龄35岁,股骨占33%,椎骨26%,组织学类型均为弥漫性非何杰金淋巴瘤,免疫组织化学染色显示B细胞性淋巴瘤9例,T细胞性淋巴瘤5例,组织细胞性淋巴瘤仅1例。结果表明以往那些形态上与组织细胞相似的瘤细胞大多具有淋巴细胞的标记,支持骨网状细胞肉瘤多起源于淋巴细胞的观点。
Fifteen cases of PLB are repoted. The middle term of patients' age was 35 years old. The invasion of femur was the most common (33%). The involvement of vertebra was secondery (26%). Histological types of 15 cases were diffuse non-Hedgkin's lymphoma types. Nine cases of B cell, 5 cases of T cell and 1 cases of histiocytic lymphoma were demonstrated by immunohistochemical stain. Histiocytic lymphoma was rare. The results indicated that tumor cells which were similar to histiocytes in morphology presented lymphocytic mark. This supported the view that so-called reticulum cell sarcomas predominantly originated from lymphocytes.
