摘要
对51例Bell麻痹测定脑干听觉诱发电位,结果1/3异常,主要表现为Ⅲ波PL及Ⅰ～ⅤIPL和Ⅰ～Ⅲ IPL延长为主。说明有些Bell麻痹病变范围实际上不仅限于面神经管内段。
BAEP test is investigated in 51 Bell's palsy patients in this paper. The result showed that the one third of 51 patients had abnormal BAEP. BAEP changes occurred in the prolongation of Ⅲ wave peak latency, Ⅰ～Ⅴ and Ⅰ～Ⅲ interpeak latency. This indicated that in many Bell's palsy patients thesewas not only the damage limited in facial nerve canal, but also the generality existing stem damage.
