摘要
研究了采用微波辐射化学合成聚天冬氨酸的方法。通过比较几种体系的产品收率,1HNMR谱图,阻垢性能,原料成本和原子经济性,确定用作水处理剂为目的,最佳的微波化学合成体系为马来酐和氨水反应体系。
The synthesis of polyaspartic acid under microwave irradiation was rtudied. Several feasible systems of polymerization were compared. By comparison of yields,Ill NMR spectra, results of calcium carbonate inhibition tests,costs of materials and atomic economy, the system of maleic anhydride and ammonia can be considered as the optimal system for synthesis of polyaspartic acid used in water treatment.
