聚己内酯/淀粉醋酸酯共混体系的结晶行为 被引量:3

摘要 通过熔融共混方法,制备了聚己内酯/淀粉醋酸酯共混物,应用DSC分析,研究了淀粉醋酸酯含量对共混物中聚己内酯结晶行为的影响。结果表明,随淀粉醋酸酯含量增加,共混物中聚己内酯相的熔点下降。共混物的相对结晶度与淀粉醋酸酯含量的关系明显偏离线性关系,说明聚己内酯与淀粉醋酸酯之间存在一定的相互作用。淀粉醋酸酯对聚己内酯的结晶起到了成核剂的作用,从而使聚己内酯能在较高温度下开始结晶,并可明显提高共混物中聚己内酯相的结晶速度。 Blends of polycaprolactone (PCL) and starch acetate with different compositions have been prepared by melt blending. The crystallization behavior of the blends has been studied by DSC analysis. It has been found that with the increase of the starch acetate content, the melting points of the blends decrease. The relative crystallization degrees of the blends show non-linear relation with the starch acetate content. These imply that there exist some interacticons between the two polymers. The presence of the starch acetate in the blends plays the role of a nucleation agent, which increases the crystallization temperature and rate of PCL in the blends.
