摘要
对血泵材料的血液相容性和生物组织相容性进行了分析,并且对目前常用生物材料的表面处理技术进行了比较。由于微型轴流式血泵置入心内的特殊部位,既要保证其血液相容性,又要保证组织相容性,可采取对材料表面生物药物活性处理来实现:与血液接触材料表面,可选择r-水蛭素处理,以提高材料的血液相容性;与各种生物组织材料接触的表面,可选择纤连蛋白处理,使材料表面内皮化,以提高材料的组织相容性。
The paper analyses blood compatibility and tissue compatibility of blood pump material and compares the surface treatment technology of the current commonly-used biomaterial. Owing to the particular position of a micro-axial blood pump placed in a heart, the treatment of the activity of biomedicine on its material surface is used to ensure that its blood and tissue are compatible. In so doing, rhirudin treatment is used on material interface with the blood so as to improve the blood compatibility; and fibronectin treatment is used on the interface with various bio-tissue materials to endothelialize the surface of the material and to improve its tissue compatibility.
