摘要
研制了一种全新结构的直接驱动电液伺服阀。该阀在结构上采用转动阀芯取代滑动阀芯,变滑阀结构为转阀,有效的减少了阀的液动力,极大地提高了阀的抗污染性能;在驱动控制上采用直流力矩电机直接驱动阀芯,将对阀的控制转变为对电机的控制,易于实现阀的数字控制。实验结果表明该阀的主要动、静特性指标均已超过国内外相同规格不同驱动控制类型的各种电液伺服阀,尤其是具有现有阀无法比拟的抗污染能力。
This paper develops a direct-drive electrohydraulic servo valve of a completely new structure. The valve replaces gliding valve cores by rotational valve cores, changing gliding valves into rotational valves. It not only effectively reduces hydraulic resistance but also greatly improves the capability of the resistance. In terms of drive control, the use of direct drive motors to drive valve cores directly will change the control of valves into that of motors, thus facilitating digital controls of motors. Experimental results show that the new type electrohydraulic servo valve has better and unparalleled dynamic and static performance of resisting pollution.
