摘要
大型试件的振动试验通常采用的是柔性夹具。本文计算了柔性夹具对试件加速度响应的影响。分析结果表明,在振动控制试验谱满足容差要求的前提下,即使将控制点选取在柔性夹具与试件的接界面连上,如果控制点与连接界面上非控制点间刚性较弱,则试件上的响应也可能与理想值存在较大差异。
Flexible fixtures are usually used in vibration tests of large test items. This paper studies the effect of their stiffness character on acceleration response of test items. The result indicates that under the condition that their vibration control is satisfied, there will be great difference from ideal values in the response of test items if the stiffness between control points and un-control points is not strong enough, even though the control points are selected at the interface of fixtures and test items.
