摘要
根据现场动平衡的实践,建立了保留试重以及轴弯曲时的转子动平衡算法,讨论了平衡面线性相关问题,并给出了检验方法。对需经常平衡的机器,提出了存贮、重用和平均影响系数矩阵的建议。总结出了无试重一次平衡成功的经验,并成功地对某钢厂除尘风机进行了平衡。
On the basis of the practice of rotor balance in situ, balanced algorithm is established for its two applications such as trial masses and rotors with a bent shaft. The effect of non-independent balancing planes is discussed and an evaluation method is introduced. For machines which are often balanced, the paper suggests that a matrix of average influence coefficients should be saved as a data file and be used for next balance. Furthermore, the coefficients can be improved by the measured data in latter balances. One-shot balance without trial masses gains successful experience. A successful example of one-shot rotor balance in situ for dust-removing windmill in a steel plant is presented at the end of the paper.
