摘要
通过分析MES的功能,并结合制造企业的特点,论述了实现制造企业信息化的基础过程平台及生产执行系统MES信息化解决方案。以罗克韦尔自动化的FactoryTalk为基础,介绍了罗克韦尔自动化的硬件系统集成构架和MES系列软件BizWare平台,可针对制造企业的特点,选择不同的软件来组态成特定的MES系统,提出了现实可行的电子化制造方案。
To the characters of manufacturing enterprise, the basic process platform for informationized manufacturing and the platform of manufacturing executive system （MES） are discussed, by analyzing the functions of MES. Based on the FactoryTalk of Rockwell Automation, the integrated architecture of Rockwell Automation hardware and the MES series software Bizware platform are introduced. Customer can select these modular MES software to set up their own MES system by configurate these software according to their specific requirements.
