跨国公司既是经济全球化的的载体又是直接推动者。21世纪在经济全球化的背景下,众多跨国公司敏感地意识到未来中国蕴藏的巨大商机,纷纷开始调整对华投资战略。特别是我国加入WTO之后,跨国公司这种对华投资战略调整趋势愈发明显,对中国经济的影响也日渐显现出来。因此,应在深入分析跨国公司对华投资战略调整的新趋势及其原因的基础上, 制定合理的利用外资的政策,积极稳妥地利用跨国公司的投资,更好地促进我国经济的持续快速发展。

A multinational company is both the carrier and the direct promoter of the economic globalization. Against the background of the economic globalization, multinational companies have sensed the potential opportunities in China＇s future and begin to adjust their investment strategies. Especially after China entered WTO, this adjustment is more conspicuous and exerting greater effect on China＇s economy. Based on this situation, this article holds that reasonable policies shall be formulated concerning the utilization of foreign funds and actively and safely exploit the investment from the multinational companies on basis of due analysis on their adjustment and the new tendencies to reinforce the co - operation with and competition against the multinational companies and, as a result, to promote the sustained and rapid growth of China＇s economy.
