摘要
高校绩效考核应从制定绩效考核计划(Plan)、实施考核计划(Do)、对考核结果进行检查和评定(Check)、评估和改进(Act)等四个方面循环进行、不断提高,重点是考核结果的运用和管理的改进。高校运用PDCA原理实施绩效考核可以解决系统性的问题,有长远的社会效益,管理工作也会更加顺手。
This article cites the PDCA principles to conduct analysis on the achievement assessing in higher institutions, states on the circulation and improvement in light of Plan, Do, Check and Act and analyzes the application of the assessment results and promotion of management. It further puts forth that the application will resolve the systematic problems and benefit the society and management work.
