摘要
目的:为了解社区居民常见病的患病情况,分析社区居民健康状况。方法:用整群随机抽样法,对南京市12878名居民,进行入户询问调查。结果:社区居民慢性病患病率为26.6%,其中60岁以上居民患病率为56.8%;社区居民高血压患病率为25.9%,血压未控制率64.5%,14.8%为潜在高血压患者。结论:提示应以老年人作为社区卫生服务的重点,对于常见病要以预防为主。
Objective： To explore the prevalence of common diseases among community inhabitants. Methods： 12 878 community inhabitants in Nanjing were surveyed. Results： The total prevalence rate of common diseases was 26.6% ,which was raised with increase of age. The total prevalence rate of inhabitants aged ≥ 60 years was 56.8%. The prevalence rate of hypertension was 25.9%. The uncontrolled rate of hypertension was 64.5%. The prevalence rate of latent hypertension was 14.8%. Conclusion： The old people are the emphasis of community health care. Prevention was the major method for the chronic diseases.
