摘要
现代化转炉炼钢的新技术发展主要是实现转炉大型化,提高其生产和控制条件,实现科学炼钢、智能炼钢。本系统根据LD转炉冶炼的静态数学模型,结合钢厂的转炉冶炼实际生产条件,进行优化改进,减少补吹,提高钢水质量和降低成本。系统的主要功能是将LD转炉冶炼的静态数学模型转换为计算机可以处理的信息,然后将获得的结果结合实际进行对照比较,从中找出比较优的计算结果,将之应用于现实生产中。
Today the new technique development of modem converter steel - srndting chiefly achieves the enlargement of converter, raises the productivity, control condition, and achieves to smelt the steel with intelligence and science. The system which based on the static mathematical model of LD' s smelting converter and combined with the actual converter - smelting of steel factory is developed to optimize, decrease the reblow, lift the molten steel quality and degrade the cost. The main function is as fellow: transforming the mathematical model to the message which could be handled by the computer, compareing the result with the actual result, finding the better one and appling to the production.
