摘要 DNA是脱氧核糖核酸的英文缩写,几乎是所有生物的基本遗传物质.DNA结构被阐明后,诞生一系列的DNA检验的技术并迅速在许多研究和应用领域发挥重要的作用,尤其在法医学领域具有重要意义.文章就DNA分析技术的产生、主要技术及其在法医领域中的应用进展作一综述. DNA is abbreviated from deoxyribonucleic acid. Theyare the basic genetic materials of all organism. Along with the structure of DNA was elucidated, many DNA analysis technologies have exerted vital function in investigation and application realm, especially in legal medicine. The producing of DNA polymorphism analysis, main technology, applications and progresses in legal medicine were reviewed in this article.
