取体成熟ＫＭ小鼠１４０只，分别采用一雌一雄长期同居法和短期同居法进行交配繁殖，分别测定第一、二胎仔鼠哺乳期内（１～２１日龄）的体重，得到四组数据。经统计分析得出哺乳期内ＫＭ小鼠日龄与体重的直线回归方程，回归关系极显著（Ｐ＜００１），绘制了仔鼠生长曲线与日增重曲线。
