摘要
随着压缩机新品种的逐渐增多,判别各种压缩机转子的允许误差也越来越小,这就对检测系统提出了更高的精度要求。传统的校准方法已很难满足不断提高的精度要求,开始显现出操作繁琐、校准效果差等问题。为此,我们以开发利用检测系统自身潜能为主要手段,采取了设置电压测量功能以代替校准用电压表、修改校准操作要领、限定被测件移动距离三项措施,对传统校准方法进行了改进。几个月的运行结果表明,此次校准方法的改进是行之有效的,它对提高校准操作效率和系统精度、减少产品误判、保证产品质量具有重要的实际意义。
With the increase of new varieties of compressors, the permissible error for the distinction of diverse rotors of the compressors should be less and less, which brings higher accuracy requirement to the detection system. The traditional method of calibration, with complicated operation and bad accuracy, cannot satisfy the requirement. To solve these problems, we adopt utilizing the self-potential of the detection system as the main means, optimize manipulate arrangement and implement amelioration to the traditional method of calibration. The operating result demonstrates that this amelioration is effective and it has great significance to the improvement of the efficiency of calibration operation and accuracy, decrease of incorrect estimation, guarantee of the products'quality.
