摘要
文章从理论上阐述了科研管理的现代化即在整个科研管理过程中，用现代化的思想观念指导科研管理活动；用现代化的方法来组织、协调、指挥科研管理过程；用现代化的手段完成科研管理内容和具体工作任务。
Abstract The author of this article theoretically elaborated the modernizationof the management of scientific research. It means that in the whole courseof the management of scientific research,guiding the activities ofthemanagement of scientific research with modern ideas ;organizing,coordinatingand conducting the courseof the management of scientific research withmodern methods ; accomplishing the managerial ocntent andthe concret taskswith modern means.
