Application of gene chip in studies of infectious diseases

摘要 人类基因组计划、病原体基因组测序的完成,以及基因芯片技术的出现,为研究感染性疾病的致病分子开拓了新的天地。基因芯片技术因具有检测快速、高效、并行等特点,加速了对微生物和宿主之间复杂的遗传学过程的认识,有利于发现病原体毒力相关基因和宿主防御策略,从而有助于感染性疾病的诊断、治疗和预防。
