从发展中国家的金融自由化经验引发的一些思考

Thinking about Financial Liberalization in Developing Countries

通过金融抑制阻碍发展中国家金融的稳定和经济发展入手,提出了对金融抑制的国家采取改革的策略和方案,并对亚非拉地区具有代表性国家的金融自由化改革之路进行了深入的描述,还对当中出现的问题提出了解决的方法和建议。得出在各国的金融自由化实践过程当中要发挥正面效应,减少负面效应,使发展中国家的金融体系获得稳定可持续发展。

This paper starts with the exposition of the financial control development in developing countries. Then it puts forward some tactics and plans against the financial control. It also gives a deep and specific description of the financial liberalization in some typical countries of Asian,African and Latin American regions. And then it advances some solutions and suggestions for the problems arisen. In the end, this paper concludes that the developing countries should bring positive effects into play and diminish the negative ones during the process of financial liberalization,thus their financial systems can get stable and sustained development.
