摘要 延迟焦化装置焦炭塔顶大油气管线出口接管出现了结焦问题,严重影响了装置的安全生产,通过对结焦部位和结焦程度的分析,采取了工艺改进措施,极大缓解了大油气管线出口接管的结焦速度,并提出了进一步的改造建议,为彻底解决大油气管线结焦问题提供了可参考的方案。 Coking appeared in the tube joined to the main oil gas piping exit at coke tower top of the delayed coking plant, which adversely affected safe production of the plant. By the analysis of the coking section and coking degree, process improving measures were taken which greatly relaxed the coking rate in the tube jointed to the main oil gas piping exit, and revamping suggestions were proposed, providing references for thorough solution of the coking of the main oil gas piping.
