摘要
对第一制氢装置转化炉上下尾管出现大面积裂纹的原因进行分析,裂纹的主要原因是奥氏体不锈钢在400~900℃的温度范围内发生的晶间腐蚀和高温氢腐蚀,对裂纹的处理过程进行了总结,并提出了防范应对措施。
Analyzed the reasons for the cracking of the ascending and descending reformer tail tubes in large areas in 1^(st) hydrogen plant. The main reason for the cracking is the intercrystal corrosion and high temperature hydrogen corrosion happened in the Austenic steel in the temperature range of 400~900℃. Summarized the treatment to the cracks and proposed preventive measures.
