EFFECT OF Al_2O_3 CONTENT OF SINTER ON ITS PROPERTIES

介绍在马钢原料条件下w(Al2O3)对烧结矿性能的影响。烧结矿中w(Al2O3)由1.43%上升到1.63%时,可通过优化配矿措施使烧结的生产率和燃耗得到改善。w(Al2O3)继续升高到1.83%时,可通过增加配碳量保持生产率不变,但转鼓指数略有下降,燃耗升高。将w(Al2O3)含量提高到2.09%时,转鼓指数明显下降,燃耗上升。

This paper describes the effect of A1203 content of sinter on its properties in present raw matenal conditionsons of Maanshan Iron and Steel Co. With increasing Al2O3 content of sinter from 1.43 % to 1.63 %, the productivity and fuel rate of sinter can be improved by optimizing the proportion of ores. Continuously raising the Al2O3 content of sinter to 1.83 % and increasing the fuel rate, the productivity can be kept unchanged but sinter strength decreased slightly. When the Al2O3 content of sinter reached 2.09 %, the strength decreased and the fuel rate raised obviously.
