摘要
研究了武钢乌龙泉矿石灰回转窑结圈形成的原因和机理。研究认为,结圈主要是使用了不合适的煤粉,煤粉燃烧欠佳所致。结合结圈成因提出了防治措施。
This paper describes the mechanism and reasons of ring forming in the active lime kiln at Wulongquan Mine. Research results showed that the ring forming was caused by applying unsuitable pulverized coal, resulting in a bad coal combustion. Based on the research, some measures to prevent and eliminate kiln ringing were proposed.
