摘要
针对10.9级ML20MnTiB钢结构螺栓在拉伸试验、楔负荷试验中出现断口裂纹的现象,对该批螺栓抽样进行了化学成分、金相组织和断口分析,并测定了机械性能。研究表明,螺栓产生断口裂纹的主要原因是钢材芯部存在原始缺陷和较明显的带状组织。
Facing the phenomenon of fracture crack of ML2OMnTiB observed in its tensile and wedge strength tests, the chemical composition, microstructure and fracture as well as the mechanical properties of ML2OMnTiB were analyzed . The research has found the main reason of fracture crack forming, i. e the existence of original disfigurement and obvious banded structure in the core of steel.
