摘要
随着我国建筑市场的逐步发展和完善,工程索赔管理越来越受到建设各方的重视,对工程索赔的研究也越来越深入。对建设各方来讲,索赔风险的发现与识别既是索赔管理的首要任务,也是一个难点问题。运用索赔风险的模糊综合与辨识模型分析索赔风险,可以迅速而准确地解决这一难题。此文将对此方法予以介绍,并讨论其在索赔风险中的应用。
Along with the gradual development and perfection of the construction market of our country, importance has been increasingly attached to by all construction parties, and the study of engineering claims has gone deeper than ever. To all parties in construction, the discover）, and identity of claims risk are the first and foremost task of claims management and a difficult point as well. The analysis of claims risk by the fuzzy comprehensive and identity model can get this difficult problem solved quickly and accurately. In this article this method is introduced and its application in the claims risk duly discussed.
