热休克蛋白与肿瘤细胞凋亡 被引量:2

摘要 热休克蛋白是受各种应激原刺激后诱导产生的一组应激蛋白,具有维持蛋白稳定、促进细胞生存等功能,在细胞生长、发育、分化、基因转录方面发挥重要作用。近年研究对其结构功能有了更深入的了解,热休克蛋白在肿瘤中高表达,与肿瘤细胞增殖密切相关,可通过调控细胞凋亡的线粒体和死亡受体信号转导通路以及应激与生长信号转导通路,抑制肿瘤细胞凋亡。
