耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌耐药机制及检测方法研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)是引起医院感染的重要病原菌之一,其感染巳成为临床治疗中颇为棘手的问题,MRSA感染、乙型肝炎和获得性免疫缺陷综合征被列为世界范围内三大最难解决的感染性疾患,成为各国学者关注与研究的热点。本文结合分子生物学技术的发展,就MRSA的耐药机理及检测方法的研究进展作一综述。
