蛋白指纹技术及其临床应用进展 被引量:4

摘要 随着蛋白质组学研究的不断深入,蛋白质研究技术广泛应用于各领域。近两年,SELDI技术的发明,进一步推动了蛋白质分析技术的快速发展,该技术操作简便,可多样本、快速测定,灵敏度和特异性高,高通量,便于自动化,广泛应用于药学、生物技术、基因学、临床诊断、生物信息和农业等行业,尤其是在医学中的肿瘤、感染、老年性痴呆(AD)、心脑血管等疾病的诊断、病理学研究、疗效检测、药物研究等方面得到深入广泛的研究。
