一步法合成线性聚二氯磷腈中间体及表征 被引量:15

The One-Step Synthesis and Characterization of Linear Intermediate Polydichlorophosphazene

摘要 以PC l5和NH4C l为原料直接合成了线性聚二氯磷腈(PDCP),而无需通过六氯环三磷腈(HCCP)开环热聚合制备,对PDCP的特性进行表征;通过大量的反复实验,深入探讨了影响实验结果的几个重要因素,并与传统的合成方法及产物进行了对比.结果表明,一步法合成PDCP能够提高产率、缩短反应时间,从而节约了成本. Linear polydichlorophosphazene was straightly synthesized by phosphorus pentachloride and ammonium chloride without hot polymerizing by hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene ,which is called one-step synthesis. By lots of repeated experiments, the most important factors of affecting the experimental result were discussed. Compared with the traditional synthesis and production, it was found that there are many advantages by one-step synthesis, such as, the production-rate can be increased, the reaction-time can be shorten and the cost can be saved.
