摘要
目的:建立救急行军散中雄黄的含量测定方法。方法:采用分光光度法对散剂中雄黄所含有的砷进行定量分析。结果:砷的线性范围为2．5-22.5 μg,r=0.9995,平均回收率为100．1％,RSD为1.0％。结论:方法简便可行、重线性好,适用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective： To establish a method for determination of Realgar in Jiuji xingjun Powder, Method： to determine the arsenic in Realgar of Jiuji xingjun Powder was used by UV Spectrophotometry method. Result： The linear range was 2.5 -22.5 μg for arsenie（ r = 0.999 5, n = 7 ）, The average recovery was 100.1% and RSD was 1.0%. Conclusion： The method is simple, feasible and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of Jiuji xingjun Powder.
