HPLC法测定新生脉注射液中人参皂苷Rg_2的含量

Determination of Ginsenoside Rg_2 of Xinshengmai Injection by HPLC

目的:建立新生脉注射液中人参皂苷Rg2的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相法,色谱柱为C18柱,流动相为甲醇- 水(65:35),检测波长203 nm,流速1．0 ml·min-1,柱温为25℃。结果:人参皂苷Rg2S型线性范围0．625-5.0μg,r= 0．999 5;平均回收率97．9％,RSD 为0．99％。人参皂苷Rg2 R型线性范围0．6375-5．1μg,r=0．999 4;平均回收率97．8％,RSD 为0．77％。结论:本法重现性好、简便、定量准确,能有效地控制人参的质量。

Objective： To establish the determination methods of ginsenoside Rg2 of Xinshengmai Injection. Method： The HPLC was carried out on C18 column , using methanol-water（65：35 ）as a mobile phase. The detecting wavelength was set at 203 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1. The column temperature was at 25 ℃. Result. The linear range for ginsenoside Rg2 S was 0. 625 - 5.0 μg, r =0. 999 5 ,the average recovery was 97, 9% and RSD was 0.99% （n =5 ） ;The linear range for ginsenoside Rg2 R was 0. 6375 - 5.1 μg,r =0. 999 4,the average recovery was 97.8% and RSD was 0.74% （ n = 5 ）. Conclusion： The methods is simple, reliable and suitable for the quality control of Xinshengmai Injection.
