摘要 目的:建立新生脉注射液中人参皂苷Rg2的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相法,色谱柱为C18柱,流动相为甲醇- 水(65:35),检测波长203 nm,流速1.0 ml·min-1,柱温为25℃。结果:人参皂苷Rg2S型线性范围0.625-5.0μg,r= 0.999 5;平均回收率97.9%,RSD 为0.99%。人参皂苷Rg2 R型线性范围0.6375-5.1μg,r=0.999 4;平均回收率97.8%,RSD 为0.77%。结论:本法重现性好、简便、定量准确,能有效地控制人参的质量。 Objective: To establish the determination methods of ginsenoside Rg2 of Xinshengmai Injection. Method: The HPLC was carried out on C18 column , using methanol-water(65:35 )as a mobile phase. The detecting wavelength was set at 203 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1. The column temperature was at 25 ℃. Result. The linear range for ginsenoside Rg2 S was 0. 625 - 5.0 μg, r =0. 999 5 ,the average recovery was 97, 9% and RSD was 0.99% (n =5 ) ;The linear range for ginsenoside Rg2 R was 0. 6375 - 5.1 μg,r =0. 999 4,the average recovery was 97.8% and RSD was 0.74% ( n = 5 ). Conclusion: The methods is simple, reliable and suitable for the quality control of Xinshengmai Injection.
