摘要
目的:制备复方庆大霉素口服液,观察临床疗效。方法:按照药物化学性质及药理协同作用进行组方,采用比色法对庆大霉素含量进行测定。结果:本法平均回收率为99.3％,RSD为1．22％(n=5),临床有效率为97．8%。结论:本品制备工艺简便,制剂质量稳定,临床疗效好。
Objective： To prepare compound Gentamycin sulfate oral solution and observe clinical curative effect. Method： To prescribe by the chemical character and pharmacology accord function of medicine, To determine the content of Gentamycin sulfate by visible spectrophotometry. Result： The average recovery was 99.02%, RSD was 1. 26% （n = 5 ）, the total curative rate was 97.8%. Conclusion： The preparation method is easy, the qucdity is steady, and curative effect is favorable.
