股前外侧皮瓣移植修复小腿下段及足踝部软组织缺损

REPARATION OF CALF LOWER SEGMENT AND FULL MALLEOLUS DEPARTMENT SOFT TISSUE DAMAGE BY THE STOCK FLANK SKIN PETAL TRANSPLANTATION

目的探讨应用股前外侧皮瓣移植修复小腿下段及足踝部皮肤软组织缺损的临床效果。方法应用股前外侧皮瓣移植修复小腿下段及足踝部皮肤软组织缺损,切取皮辨面积10cm×8cm-20cm×12cm不等,供区中厚或全厚皮片植皮修复。结果 8例皮瓣全部成活,术后随访6-36个月,皮瓣均显臃肿,6例行二期修整,无溃疡发生。8例均获得保护性感觉。结论股前外侧皮瓣是修复足踝部皮肤软组织缺损的有效方法。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of the stock flank skin petal transplantation on calf lower segment and full malleolus department soft tissue damage reclamation. Methods 8 cases with calf lower segment and full malleolus departmen soft tissue damage were treated by transplanting the stock flank skin petal from 10cm×8cm～20cm×12cm, reclamated by split or full- thickness skin grafting. Results All the cases had been followed up for 6 - 36 months, the petals survived all and meanwhile obtained protective sensation. However, the contour of survived petals were not satisfied, and 6 pieces of 8 transplanted petals were trimed later, no ulcer occurred after the reclamation. Conclusion It＇s an effective operation method to repair the calf lower segment and full malleolus department soft tissue damage by the stock flank skin petal transplantation.
