前哨淋巴结检测在乳腺癌临床中的应用 被引量：2

摘要 自1894年Halsted报道了乳腺癌根治术以来,如何掌握腋窝淋巴结清扫(axillary lymph node dissection,ALND)一直是乳腺癌临床治疗的一部分.近来大量早期乳腺癌的研究发现,约75%患者被证明没有转移[1].若行ALND,除经济损失外,还可造成并发症如腋部皮肤的麻木及上肢淋巴水肿.前哨淋巴结活检(sentinel lymph node biopsy,SLNB)将使乳腺癌治疗更加合理,更加个体化.我科2001年5月-2003年3月,采用蓝色染料亚甲蓝作为示踪剂行SLNB,以探讨SLNB在临床应用中的可行性和可靠性.
