安徽绩溪是徽菜的重要发祥地。回顾历史,绩溪人民曾为徽菜的产生、发展以及菜系的构成作出了重大贡献,并积累了丰硕成果。经过千百年的培育,绩溪已经成为徽菜的核心园地,构织出广泛的群众基础及操作平台,支撑着徽菜的主体脉络。当代的绩溪,仍然承递着徽菜的优秀文化和烹饪技艺,推促着徽菜走向新的高峰。今天,把“中国微菜之乡”的关誉授予绩溪,是众望所归的事情。
Jixi city of Anhui province is the birthplace of Anhui's cuisine Look back of history, the people of jixi made greats of contribution to the Anhui's cuisine of production, develop and cuisine, besides, they accumulated lots of experience. Lots of years late, jixi have been the center field of Anhui's dish., let the Anhui's dish have the population foundation and support it's venation.
