电子支付系统依托电子数据交换(EDI)公用网络将供电公司的营销信息数据库与全市各大商业银行数据库进行连接,实现了数据流、资金流的快速运转,缩短了电费回收周期,为用户提供了优质服务。通过对电子支付系统的3种方案进行分析,指出了其在供电企业应用的可行性。随着营销信息城乡一体化进程的推进,电子支付系统必然会在供电公司获得成功应用。

Electronic payment system connects marketing information database of power company and each commercial bank database in the city with electronic data exchange public network. It realizes the quick operation of data flow, funds flow, and shortens the tariff recovery period and provides optimal service for the users. Through analyzing the three programmes of electronic payment system, this paper presents that it has the feasibility for power company industries. With the process of marketing information union the system will gain successful application.
