摘要
通过IC卡预付费售电系统的概念、组成和运行管理模式及其社会、经济效益分析,认为在计量系统中使用CPU卡和ESAM技术进行预付费的收费方式比较适合我国国情,是今后的发展趋势。
The paper mainly introduces the concept, components, running and management model and its social and economic utility of IC card prepay charging management system. The author points out that the prepay charging management system based on CPU card and ESAM is suitable for our country＇s reality, and it＇s the trend for the future.
