The relationship between ownership and management of private school from the angle of ″Legal Person's Proprietary″

文章对法人财产权作了辨析,并从法人财产权的分析入手,对民办学校的产权关系进行了分析,提出为了调动办学者的积极性,学校投资者应该对投入的财产享有股权,通过股权对学校办学施加影响。

In this article, it is differentiated and analysed that the proprietary of legal person and thus given an analysis on the relationship between ownership and management of private school. It is argued that school investors should distribute stock right to motivate school-runners and thus to have an imoact on school runninng.
