小麦品种间杂交幼胚外植体再生株抗赤性研究

摘要 利用赤霉菌毒素作选择压,在MS基上用小麦品种间杂交幼胚作外植体,研究了它们愈伤组织形成及幼苗分化;分化成株的再生植株在田间接种鉴定了它们的抗病性。在毒素作用下.品种间杂交幼胚外植体可形成愈伤组织并分化成苗,但数量明显低于未经毒素处理的外植体。田间抗性鉴定结果,不论是中抗组合,还是抗病组合中.毒素压下获得的再生株的抗性比亲本都有增强,中抗组合中高抗单株出现率平均比亲本增加35.7%,抗病组合中抗病单株比亲本增加32%。差异显著性测定结果.利用品种间杂交幼胚作外植体离体筛选抗病再生株,亲本抗性很关键,亲本抗性强.其再生株的抗性提高的幅度大.筛选出抗病单株的机率就越大。 Abstract Using toxins of Gibberella as selective pressure and young embryos of wheat hybridization as explants,we studied the formation of their calli and the differentiation of seedlings on MS medium.Certified the resistance of regenerated plants by means of artificial inoculation.Young embryo treated with toxin could form into calli and differentiater into seedlings,but the number was lower than untreated.The result of certifying field resistance showed that either moderate resistance or resistance combination,compared with their parents,the resistance of regenerated plants obtaining under toxin pressure increased,the number of high resistance plants in moderate resistance combination increased by 35.7% and the number of high resistance plants in resistance combination increased by 32% .The result of variance analysis showed: Using young embryo of wheat hybridization as explants to select resistant regenerated plants in vitro,resistance of parents was more important.The higher parents resistance was,the higher the resistance of their regenerated plants would be, and in number,their resistant plants was more too.
